Apt CoWork has created a functional, flexible workspace within our clubhouse. Apt CoWork has also enhanced the internet to offer the best internet connectivity possible and added printing services.

Do I have to lease an apartment in this community to work in Apt CoWork?

No! Apt CoWork offers non-resident subscriptions. Because pricing varies based on the home community, go to www.aptcowork.com to learn more. Non-residents are required to complete a criminal background check prior to being approved.

What are the hours of Apt CoWork?

Apt CoWork is open 7 days a week during business hours. Apt CoWork will extend hours as the community extends hours.

I travel around the country; can I use other Apt CoWork locations?

The Resident CoWork Essential membership gives you access to the Apt CoWork space in your home community. If you’d like access to locations across the country, the Resident CoWork Elite membership offers nationwide access for a low monthly fee.

Are there conference rooms or private areas to take conference calls or meetings?

Yes! Apt CoWork offers bookable conference rooms (available for a small additional cost) as well as a privacy pod. The privacy pod is a phone-booth–style space for calls or virtual meetings, giving members a quiet place to stay focused.
